Confirmation of Wedding Package, Additions, and Details *
I have carefully reviewed and agree that the above-selected wedding package and details, deliverables, delivery times, and prices are accurate, comprehensive, and to my satisfaction. I agree that any changes to the package or options I've selected will require me to sign an updated contract.
Retainer Fee Acknowledgement *
I agree to pay the 50% retainer fee of the TOTAL PRICE of the above-selected package and additions. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE retainer that will be applied towards the total balance. This retainer is required in conjunction with this signed contract to reserve your date. I understand that this contract alone will not reserve the date without the retainer, and the retainer alone will not reserve the date without a contract submission. Both will need to be submitted to hold the requested date. Until both have been received, I understand that my requested date cannot be held.
Payment Methods *
Payment can be accepted via Zelle, Venmo, or by invoice. While we do accept cash or checks, your 50% non-refundable retainer must be received in conjunction with this signed contract to reserve your date. Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ AND ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS:
The following constitutes the Videography Agreement (the “Agreement”) of Solis Creative (the “Videographer”). Please read the Agreement in its entirety and contact the Videographer if you have any questions or concerns about the Agreement. As used in the Agreement, all references to “you” or “your” or the “Client” refers to the signer of this Agreement. Checking the boxes and entering your name below will serve as your electronic signature reflecting your assent to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. You will be able to preview the Agreement prior to its submission, at which time you are encouraged to print a copy for your records.
It is understood that Solis Creative is the exclusive Videographer retained by the client to cover outlined event. Any conflicts with other video coverage contracts and any notifications necessary to avoid such conflicts are the sole responsibility of the client.
Client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary permission, clearance permits, etc., which may be required for Solis Creative each event, public or private. Client assumes all responsibility for obtaining and retaining permission for access to any requested camera positions and is solely responsible for the quality of the final production resulting from the use of, or inability to use, such camera positions. The client warrants that he/she has the legal rights to anything Solis Creative will capture, including photos, audio recordings, video, or any other materials delivered to Solis Creative for inclusion in the clients video.
Solis Creative is not responsible for poor audio if the groom, bride, or officiant does not agree to wear a lapel microphone, dark or grainy video resulting from inadequate lighting or the refusal of the client to allow camera-top lighting at the reception, or electrical or mechanical malfunctions on location that are beyond our control.
Solis Creative will establish an arrival time for the wedding date with the client before that date and remain on duty for the number of hours included in the package. Coverage hours included in the package are for the wedding date only and must be consecutive.
Solis Creative reserves the right to use videos and photos for display and or promotional purposes. All video masters, raw footage and photographs remain the exclusive property of Solis Creative.
On its own behalf and on behalf of the subject: Client acknowledges that he/she is familiar with the Solis Creative's portfolio and is requesting services with knowledge of the company’s style and that Solis Creative's work is constantly evolving; that Solis Creative's services are of a unique and artistic nature; that the video may be different from videos done by the company in the past; and that in creating the videos we shall use our own creative artistic judgment to create videos consistent with our personal judgment and consistent with our vision of the event, which may be different from the clients and or the subject’s vision of the event. Accordingly, the client acknowledges that the videos shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or aesthetic criteria.
If Solis Creative fails to comply with the terms of this agreement due to any event or at beyond the control of Solis Creative, including but not limited to illness, accident, labor disputes, acts of God and other catastrophes, or uncontrollable and unforeseeable equipment failure, In such event Solis Creative will seek a suitable replacement videographer within his network in efforts to fulfill the contracted event.
Electronic Signature *
In the event you do not consent to an electronic signature and would like to request a physical copy of this contract be mailed to you, it must be returned on your own accord. It is understood by me that my requested date will NOT be reserved until BOTH the signed contract and 50% NON-REFUNDABLE retainer have been successfully received by Solis Creative.
